Our kitchen is based on the salty and earthy flavors that we find here around “De Kromme Watergang”. We strive to make light, easily digestible and creative dishes inspired by the beautiful Zeeland Flemish landscape.
The sport is to keep the lines between the products (producers) and the kitchen as short as possible. Louis, Blanche’s father, takes care of the daily supply of fish, crustaceans and shellfish. And for a few years now, 1 ha of garden has been laid out in front of the door where we grow fruit and vegetables in collaboration with De Dethon and Wim Maes. He is an expert in growing and growing special vegetables, fruit and herbs.
